To locate user information, select the Browse Users option under the Users section on the left-hand menu.

• To narrow search selections, choose Not Grouped, Group, Program, Program Section, Course, Course Section, or

Certificate from the drop-down menu.

• Once a category is selected, choose a specific item from the right drop-down menu.
  
  

• From the drop-down menu, you can select User ID, Username, Last Name, First Name, Email Address, Permission Set or Account Number. Check the Partial Match box if you would like to search by only a part of the user information.
  
  

• From the Status drop-down menu, you can select Not Disabled, Show All, Inactive, Active, Frozen, or Disabled.
  
  

• After you have entered all of the search criteria, select the Apply Filters button.
• Select the User ID to view the User Information screen.
