To register a user in a new course, locate the user and then go to the User Information screen. From the Transcripts tab of the User Information screen, select New Registration. The screen looks like the user's transcript page, but, instead of only showing the courses that the user is already registered in, it will list all the available courses.



Since there are a lot of courses, it might be helpful to narrow down the list of courses using the drop-down menu options which include:


  • Catalog: This drop-down menu will narrow down the courses based on which catalog they belong to. Select the appropriate catalog from the list.
  • Course Information: Select one of the following options from the drop-down menu (Course ID, Course Title, Course Code, or Course Type) and then enter text in the search field and select the Partial Match check box to search for all courses that contain the search information.


After you have narrowed down the course options, the courses will appear in the table with column headings which can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on them. The column headings include:


  • Course ID
  • Course Title
  • Course Code
  • Type
  • Status
  • Prerequisites


Once you have located the appropriate course, select Register in the course row to enroll the user in the course. If the register option does not appear for a course, the user is already enrolled in that course.
