You can narrow down the available users using the filter options on the Filters tab of the User Browser screen in the User

section.


To change the status of multiple users, select the Actions tab on the Browse Courses screen then do the following:


  • Select Edit Status from the drop-down menu and the New status field will appear.
  • Select the appropriate status from the New status drop-down menu. The available statuses include Inactive, Active, Frozen, and Disabled.
  • Select the check box beside all of the users whose status you would like to change.


Note: If you would like to change the status of all of the users in the list, select the check box at the top of the column. The number of selected users appears at the top of the tab. To clear already selected users, select the clear selected items link.

 

  • Click Review and Confirm


On the screen that appears, make sure that you have selected the appropriate users and select Perform to complete the status change. If you would like to cancel this action, select Cancel.
