Before proceeding, take a minute to make sure you have the required software and that the settings are correct.
Flash Plugin: If you do NOT see the animated image above, first click the Refresh button in your Internet Explorer toolbar. If you still do NOT see the animated image above, or if you know that you do NOT have Flash version 5.0 or higher, click on the icon below and follow the instructions to download the latest free version.
Internet Explorer: If you have Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher, you will need to make an adjustment to your settings in order to navigate properly.
To check your version: from the Internet Explorer Help menu, select About Internet Explorer, and locate the Version number.
If you have version 6.0 or higher, please do the following:
- From the Internet Explorer Tools menu, select Internet Options.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Click on the slider and move it to the "Accept all cookies" setting.
- Click the Apply button and then the OK button.
Adobe Acrobat Reader: To view and print PDF files, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you need to install it, download the free plugin from Adobe's website.
